- Custom & Handmade Nature: Many of our products, particularly our tie-dye collection, are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, and design may occur. These are not defects but rather unique characteristics of handmade items.
- Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Payment must be completed at the time of checkout (or via Bank Transfer if selected). Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location (Colombo vs. Out of Colombo) and order weight.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
5. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy is a strict part of these Terms.
- Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for “Change of Mind”.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
