1. Return Window

We offer a strict 3-day return policy. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn and unused.
• Unwashed.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for “Change of Mind”. Please choose your items and sizes carefully before purchasing. Returns are typically accepted only for defective items or if the wrong item was sent.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us immediately within the 3-day window. You can reach us through:

When contacting us, please provide your Order Number and photos of the item (if defective/damaged) to help us resolve the issue quickly.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong size or a damaged item).
